Why does everyone believe in the USA that the US represents “democracy and freedom for all”?

Question by Capitalism is Slavery: Why does everyone believe in the USA that the US represents “democracy and freedom for all”?
in my native Viet Nam, you guys promoted an evil dictator named Ngo Dinh Diem who massacred Buddhists and Viet patriots, in Nicaragua you fought against the sandanistas who fought to bring democracy to Nicaragua against the Reaganite occupiers, the Contras.

you overthrew the leader of Chile Salvador Allende a few days after he won election. you were part of the assassination of Patrice Lumumba when he ruled Congo as the leader when elected by the people.

and yet…you people of America can claim to be about “freedom and democracy”? is this why the world spits on you, the hypocrisy? because for every 1 person who loves America, there are 3 who don’t.
i am not an american nor do i live in the united states
